1200 First Line Managers Training for CMI qualifications with Premier Partnership
The DWP (Department for work and Pensions) recognised that the role of the First Line Manager was crucial in delivering the scale of change needed to drive the organisation forward.
Premier Partnership have created an accredited programme that carefully balances learning and practice. 800 Managers have gained a CMI qualification so far with another 400 working towards one.
The programme is a mixture of pre-course learning, individual research, highly participative workshops and assignments that consolidate the learning and include an element of personal reflection.
