Up To 80% Funding Available For Level 2 & 3 Qualifications

Premier Partnership has secured funding that enables us to offer funded Team Leading and First Line Manager qualifications in the Yorkshire and Humber area.

We can provide either 50% funding or 80% funding for disadvantaged workers (contact us for details)

To qualify, organisations must be signed up in December 2011.

Funding covers ILM and CMI Qualifications designed for practicing or aspiring Team Leaders and Managers who wish to develop their skills and knowledge.

  • CMI Level 3 First Line Management
Developed for Supervisors and First Line Managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity, this qualification gives them the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency. Click here to learn more.

These qualifications offer a highly flexible approach to learning. They allow the freedom and choice to select from a broad range of units. This allows employers and individuals to tailor the qualifications to suit their specific needs.

Delegates can complete the full qualification or even individual units, so if releasing staff to attend training is an issue, we can run a shorter programme.

Funding can also cover other elements of training that is ‘wrapped’ around these qualifications. Contact us for details.

"We identified a need for a training programme for the County Councils Team Leaders. Premier Partnership are a partner provider in an ESF fund through which they have been able to provide fully funded, accredited, Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 training in Team Leading
(both Award and Certificate). I emphasise that this has been done at no cost to the
County Council and is a welcome initiative during a time when budgets have been
severely restricted."

"To date we have found Premier Partnership very accommodating in
ensuring that we get a programme in place which suits the organisation's needs,
and we have had a welcome response to the accredited training from our first line
managers."
