Alan is responsible for the overall operation of the business.

Alan has extensive operational "real world" H R Support Consultancy Services, Employment Law and Health and Safety experience. He actively supports both public and private sector employers in all aspects of the management of their organisations relationship with employees.

Over the years Alan has provided support and expert guidance for organisations as diverse as the Department for Work and Pensions, Halfords and Lloyds TSB frequently leading major change initiatives in these and similar organisations

David co-owns the business and manages business development and a number of core contracts.  David has 12 years experience as a Human Resource consultant and learning and development specialist.  He is also an executive coach, expert facilitator and qualified public health specialist.

Using his considerable knowledge of effective leadership practice, team development, essential management skills and good coaching practice David and his team consistently produce outstanding management and leadership based learning solutions.

Manages relationships with larger government departments (e.g. the department of Work and Pensions) and private sector key account business. An experienced Manager whose primary responsibility is to ensure that the products and services chosen by clients are closely monitored from the planning and delivery stages through to outcome. From Corporate Team Building to Personal Development Planning she drives quality and champions customer feedback so that it is built in to ongoing relationships and product development

Chris is responsible for ensuring effective liaison between Directors departments. Manages Premiers assets for optimum utilisation and supports the proactive acquisition of customer feedback

An accredited learning specialist with 30 years experience in the public and private sectors. I have worked in all aspects of Learning and Development including design, delivery , evaluation and trainer training this is complemented by  several years Leadership and Management experience.
