- Identify gaps/areas of priority
5. Review our value for money offering every 3 months. We do this because:
- We want to learn from experience
- Ideas add value
- We want to create a knowledge transfer network
- We want to incorporate customer feedback
6. Consult learners and/or employers about:
- Needs/barriers/issues
- Quality of learning
- Accessibility/Relevance of Learning opportunities
- Their priorities and plans for the future
