They are experienced in providing brief focused interventions suitable to the client's needs. The team of over 280 associate counselors provides national coverage. Feedback
Individual client confidentiality is respected at all times, but we work together with the client to agree what feedback can be given to the referring organisation. This feedback can help the organisation to be aware of any significant factors that may need to be addressed internally

When time is of the essence you want to know that you will be attended to promptly. All referrals to our Premium Service will be offered an initial appointment within 3 working days
24/7 access to support
The service provides round the clock access to counsellors as part of an established Employee Assistance Programme. In addition, Premium Service clients can access a dedicated Critical Incident Support service - clients using this service include Asda and Spar UK
WHERE MEDIATION CAN HELP
Resolving personal disputes in the workplace
- Mediation costs are typically one third of the costs associated with pursuing traditional grievance / investigation routes
- Mediation is brief, typically lasting only one or two days
- Involving an independent mediator protects the time of internal managers and specialists
- Mind Matters can provide a mediator within 3 working days of referral thereby ensuring speedy resolution of difficulties
