David Pearson BSc MSc MCIEH MIOSH MISMA
Director
In addition to his role as Director at Premier Partnership and the associated day-to-day management of a large national enterprise, David has over ten years experience as a Human Resource consultant, specialising in the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that produce a tangible return on investment. Using his considerable knowledge of effective leadership practice, team development, essential management skills and good coaching practice David and his team consistently produced outstanding learning solutions for government departments, blue-chip PLCs, local authorities and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
David is recognised as a leading health and safety expert. He is a qualified experienced Registered Safety Practitioner and together with Premier's specialist safety team regularly provides effective safety solutions to a range of high and low risk organisations. David regularly lectures on a number of courses at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Account Manager and Health and Safety Expert
Responsible for managing Health and Safety based relationships with local authorities government departments and private sector clients. He is responsible to David Pearson and works closely with him in the areas of responsibility set out above as well as providing focus on Assessment Risk Training and Accident Investigation claim Management he is also responsible for Premiers Telephone Advisory Service. Cate Dixon BA (Hons), AMICS, Chartered MCIPD
Senior Training Consultant
Cate has many years experience working in Learning & Development Consultancy with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors. A former Senior Policy Adviser at the Department for Education and Skills Cate is a Chartered member of CIPD with experience of working at strategic, policy and operational levels in both private and public sectors.
Her experience includes workforce and organisational development including programme design and delivery, change management, executive coaching, senior project management and the design and delivery of blended learning strategies.
Prior to joining Premier Partnership Cate worked with Sheffield City Council Customer Services, managing their Institute Of Customer Services Professional Awards Programme and delivering the Learn to Succeed Programme. She is also an Institute of Customer Service Accredited Assessor.
