Premier Partnership has secured European Social Fund (ESF) funding that recently enabled us to offer 100% funding for Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 2 training to Surrey County Council. Subject to a short approval process we are also able to provide training using  ESF funding throughout Hampshire. This means 100% funding is available to local government and business's alike in Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Winchester and other major conurbations in the County.

ILM accredited training is for Team Leaders/co-ordinators/Managers working in formal teams or groups. The qualifications are equally suitable for members of self managed teams. These practical programmes can generate significant payback for the employer in terms of cost savings and quality improvements in the workplace.

Premier Partnership is an ILM approved centre which operates throughout the UK.
