We are not only celebrating and enjoying the festive season here at Premier Partnership, but also looking back and commemorating the past year of success and growth as an organisation. Our internal team has increased by 20%, and annually we have provided 30,000 courses to organisations across the UK. Our Managing Director, David Pearson, has a few words to commemorate the year gone:
“2019 has been a magnificent year with Premier growing by 20% and supporting 11 new clients.
We are delighted to be supporting Amazon with their new management programme. Initially, we are providing the Doncaster site with a bespoke accredited programme that brings creative development to an innovative organisation.
We continued to provide our existing clients with a wide range of added value, including free online learning, discounted accreditation of courses, free learning needs analyses and access to 567 expert trainers and specialist learning consultants.
To ensure we continue to responsively meet the needs of our clients, we have also been expanding our internal teams. The Client Services team has increased with two new Client Service Managers and three new Client Service Executives.
Sharing best practice has always been our priority and we have expanded our marketing team to include a marketing co-ordinator, who ensures our clients and network are aware of recent learning impact through our newsletters and social media posts.
2020 will see us continuing to support our clients in as many ways as possible with a complete catalogue of virtual learning to match our classroom learning. We will also launch a timetable of Round Table events to share good practice with each of the sectors we work with.

Christmas is always a magical time at Premier. Our Christmas party on the 6th of December was full of fun, dancing and great food. A fabulous evening with fabulous company!
On Friday 6th, we got together in our Christmas jumpers in aid of Save The Children- raising money for children in need around the world.
With just one more week of work until Christmas Break… this is an exciting time for our team! But for the homeless, this marks the beginning of the perilous winter season. So, on Thursday 19th, we headed down to the Wharf Bank homeless shelter with the team’s warm clothing donations.
We have recently secured a contract with Hampshire County Council. The main aims of this contract are to control the cost of training, minimise the amount of time spent finding suitable training providers and manage the risk element involved. We have all the necessary accreditations that enable them to deliver value, expertise, cost efficiency and enhanced organisational performance.
With many new beginnings, we also are saying goodbye to our exceptional member of staff of four years, as she is retiring. Margaret has given a few words,
“I will be retiring on 31st December and, on Friday the 20th, will be saying “Goodbye” to all my colleagues and friends at Premier. I have worked here for four and a half years and have very much enjoyed the family atmosphere, which everyone gives to the working day. I could always rely on receiving support on days when I was under pressure, or a laugh and a joke to relieve tension. It has been a pleasure to work as part of the Premier Team and I will miss everyone a great deal. I am, however, looking forward to being able to spend a lot more time with my grandchildren, travelling extensively at home and abroad, and pursuing some hobbies, that have been sitting on a shelf just waiting for this day to arrive.”
We wish you all the luck and happiness for a happy retirement, Margaret, you’ve earned it! You will be missed.
