We receive a lot of positive feedback from learners who enjoy our courses but even we have to confess safety training isn’t top of the subject list for gushing appreciation.

However we all know Managers and Supervisors need an understanding of everyone’s safety and health responsibilities in the workplace. Our fully accredited IOSH Managing Safely course enables managers and supervisors to recognise how they can influence, control and monitor risk to improve safety and health issues in the workplace.

During the recent pandemic, the course has been run virtually and with some learners having reservations, the new format has allayed any fears they may have had, “I was not looking forward to doing this course online as it was originally classroom based, but the trainer managed to make me feel relaxed from minute one.” Said one of the learners on a recent course.

The course covers several subjects including managing safety and health in the workplace and the key terms relating to safety and health.

Continuing to look at how law can have an impact on safety and health in the workplace and reduce and control risk in the workplace, the course is one of over 150 IOSH courses that have been delivered through Premier Partnership over the last year with a 98% pass rate.

Delivered by subject experts, learners are full of praise for not only the course content, but also the delivery, “I thought the trainer was excellent. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding.” Continuing to support learners throughout the sessions, “She kept going over the vital parts which was extremely helpful to me; creating an atmosphere that made me comfortable to question things and shout out if I was unsure of anything.”

With a full range of health and safety courses available, over the last 12 months 15,000 learners have completed over 1200 courses in the subject with 99.1% of delegates telling us that the training met their needs and would highly recommend to a colleague.
