We are a family at Premier, and especially through trying times, families come together and help restore some form of normality. As well as looking positively forwards as a company, we are focussing on the silver linings:
- We were able to get all staff working from home within a couple of days due to the enormous amount of work put in by the IT department!
- We are progressing our Digital learning solutions at rapid pace. See our Digital learning options-
- We have all united together, and are checking in on each other to check that those living alone or with health conditions are looked after and supported
- Employees have come forward to offer to work a reduced week or with reduce pay to support the business and their colleagues
- We are all showing community spirit and are getting behind the NHS
