As a company we are committed to supporting our clients whilst advancing in this ever-changing climate. We are looking to return to business as usual by September while keeping thoroughly up to date with the Government guidelines and first and foremost prioritising the wellbeing of our staff, associates, and clients. The current Landscape of learning and development is now beginning to look like blended and virtual solutions.

Reassess, reavaluate. We are keeping up with Clients whose needs are changing daily. Over the last two weeks, we have received many requests and queries as to when we will be returning to classroom training. Our clients are eager to move back to this form of training, so in adherence to this in the best way we can, we have been working fervently towards switching to virtual and blended learning.

Blended learning is an approach to education that combines online educational materials and opportunities for interaction online with traditional place-based classroom methods. It requires the physical presence of both teacher and student, with some elements of student control over time, place, path, or pace. While delegates attend sessions with a teacher present, face-to-face classroom practices are combined with computer-mediated activities regarding content and delivery.

While upkeeping the policies, practices, and procedures of government guidelines we currently have 28 workshops set to convert to blended programmes. These courses are thorough and complete blended solutions, using virtual modules such as Zoom and Microsoft teams, along with self-led learning on Moodle systems. So far, we have had immense success and brilliant delegate feedback:

Our Directors and Associates are currently looking closely and putting together guidance at delivering these programmes- all on the Moodle system. This will be available for clients, learners, and Premier’s internal team.

To ensure continuity of learning opportunities we have worked closely with our supply chain to identify key areas in which learning can be offered digitally. This includes e-learning, webinars, virtual classrooms, online qualification based learning and bespoke digital learning.
