We are delighted to announce that we have a new Client, Lincolnshire County Council. Our tender team have recently been successful in our bid to provide a Managed Training Service for LCCs, and we are looking forwards to enhancing the Councils learning and development approaches with our Comprehensive managed service.
Since the beginning of April, Premier have converted over 20 of our face to face courses into blended learning with virtual classroom delivery. The feedback we have received from learners so far is very positive. The speed in which we were able to make the changes and to deliver the courses was impressive and was due to the skill of the trainers and the qualifications team. Learners on these courses have virtual classroom delivery as well as their own dedicated online course page too. This allows for not only virtual training but also for handouts, self-managed learning, reflection, evaluation, and certification. Our portfolio of blended learning with virtual classroom delivery continues to increase each day and clients are already booking repeat courses.
Following a very successful week of CMI management and leadership training with a group of engineers from Amazon Doncaster the course has been booked by their peers in Amazon Bristol. All learners undertake a week of face to face training and then go on to achieve a CMI Level 3 Management and Leadership qualification. We hope to roll this course out to other Amazon sites in the future.
“Business as usual” may be a thing of the past. But with lockdown easing, we are reviewing our position every day and adapting to support our Clients, Associates, and our Team- with health and safety being our first and foremost priority.
