We are excited to announce that we have just recently secured a new client, Amazon Doncaster. This is a commendable achievement for our team. Amazon in Doncaster is one of the organisation’s flagship distribution centres, for the UK. As such, it helps to define all aspects of the look, feel and operational standards of the business. Amazon are keen to support the development of their middle and lower management structure.
Premier Partnership have been commissioned to deliver a pilot project at CMI Level 3; a 5-day course, followed by coaching and examination support to this management level. Following the successful delivery to the first cohort, there is potential to facilitate three additional groups in Doncaster. This has been a successful outcome and, positive evaluation presented to senior management, will potentially result in a larger trial across the greater region and who knows, into their core curriculum.
As Premier Partnership’s clientele is predominantly Public Sector based, it is exciting not only to step into the private sector, but also that Amazon is such an established corporation worldwide. This new partnership is another sign of growth and productivity for the Premier team. We look forward, with great determination and excitement, to the new year.
