The Housing Ombudsman Service is set up by law to look at complaints about the housing organisations that are registered with their organisation. HO’s service is free, independent and impartial. Housing Ombudsman’s goal as an organisation last year was to support their colleagues during the pandemic with the stress due to Covid-19. They reached out to Premier, who introduced them to PEARS  with Michael Sarrington as the trainer to deliver the following courses;

  • Motivating staff at home
  • Well-being at home
  • Managing Family Dynamics
