Contributing to, and witnessing the digital evolution of learning and development during these unprecedented times is inspiring and hopeful. In every area of learning a positive attitude goes a long way- and this has been evident with our learners and associates. Our experienced tech team has been invaluable in this process, striving to create the most effective and accessible digital learning platforms for our learners.

We are currently running hundreds of courses per week like this and are proud to provide accredited courses with NEBOSH – IOSH Training , Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and many more. Premier’s account services have again converted one of our clients’ packed training plans into virtual deliveries all the way through to April 2021. Brilliant to see employees not miss out on training, and this would not be possible without the innovativity and hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

Our clients continue to keep us busy! Each week at Premier we deliver 100 + of training courses in subjects as varied as Interview Skills, Trans Awareness, NEBOSH and Financial Management. We have been providing organisations across the nation with learning solutions to help colleagues and teams navigate difficult changes ahead.

Premier have provided programmes to support career transition, IOSH qualifications, social media workshops and organisational health and wellness interventions. We are proud and excited to be able to provide such a range and depth of training to our clients.

“It’s been brilliant to see so many clients grow in enthusiasm and appetite for online learning. I genuinely believe that once life starts to return to normal, this method of training will prevail. The options available and benefits to the learner and organisation with online blended solutions are too good for all training to return to the classroom”

-Kyle Hughes, CRD at Premier

Internally, we have just created a well-being events committee and the volunteers have formed an online committee to discuss and plan activities to support our health & well-being strategy, and to improve the well-being of all our staff whilst working from home during winter. We are currently meeting with all staff to let them know about the committee and to gain an understanding of the kind of events that our employees would like to see moving forward.

To keep moving, we must keep learning, listening and communicating!
