Across the spectrum of learning and development, health and safety, project management and finance, our people have vast knowledge and experience in all the fields required to ensure the best possible service for our clients and learners.

Alan Woodcock - Director

Founder and co-owner Alan has over 27 years’ experience of supporting clients in the development of their teams with innovative solutions to uplift skills and to accredit bespoke learner journeys for individual and organisational needs.

David Pearson - Director

Co-owner David has led the growth strategy of Premier Partnership for more than 20 years, drawing on his extensive experience as an innovative learning expert and qualified safety consultant. He believes firmly in the power of L&D to transform organisational performance.

Chris Smith - Director

Christopher has 21 years’ experience of working with Premier Partnership and as the Director of Client Services is responsible for maintaining healthy business relationships with clients and ensuring that operational teams provide the highest quality services for the clients.

Chris Mouatt - Director

Chris has led the financial and technical teams at Premier Partnership for over 12 years and pioneered the introduction of a range of systems to ensure the efficient management of training requests and the provision of easily accessible management information.

Mark Bytheway - Client Relationship Director

Mark became Client Relationship Director with Premier Partnership in September 2019. Having managed major accounts across Government Departments, Universities, NHS and large private organisations, he now leads our business development function. Mark has spent 28 years within business improvement, consultancy and learning & development across multiple sectors.

Amanda Kane BA (Hons) CMgr MCMI   - Client Relationship Director

With a background in employment law, predominantly in the retail sector, Amanda has worked with Premier Partnership for over 20 years. She is our Centre Director for the awarding bodies of the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Leadership and Management and City and Guilds. Amanda’s key role is to lead and manage a portfolio of clients in the public sector ensuring the development and delivery of training solutions in line with their learning and development strategy.  

Robin Harris - Client Relationship Director

Joining the team in early 2022, Robin has a real passion for delivering transformational learning and forging exciting working relationships with clients to achieve solutions to their learning and development requirements. He says, “I am delighted to be working for such a fantastic and recognised company with such a great team of people.”

Amy Gallinagh - Client Services Manager 

Amy has worked with Premier Partnership for nearly 12 years developing her knowledge on the accredited qualifications we deliver. She is now the Client Services Manager for the Qualifications team where we manage and deliver City and Guilds and CMI qualifications to all government departments and private sector. She has a substantial knowledge of the awarding body criteria ensuring all requirements are met to allow us to continue to be a successful City and Guilds, CMI and ILM centre enabling us to offer the best learner journey throughout their qualification whilst providing an outstanding customer service experience.

Kim West - Supplier Engagement Manager 

Kim has worked in the education and training industry for the last 10 years and joined Premier in 2021. Her main role is to maintain and progress relationships with our suppliers, but she also supports clients with their training requests by helping to scope out learning requirements with them, before matching those needs to the best available solution on the market. Kim enjoys the breadth and scope of the role as she researches and finds learning solutions across a wide variety of sectors.

Lisa Deniz – HR & Payroll Coordinator

Lisa has been employed at Premier Partnership for nearly seven years, five of these as a HR & Payroll coordinator. Lisa has mostly worked in the administration and training sector and is very familiar with payroll, staff training, and recruitment. Being a mental health first aider helps her promote a healthy and positive environment for our workforce. Lisa loves working at Premier and believes “we have a real family atmosphere and I feel incredibly proud of our employee engagement and initiatives.”

Ben Woodcock - IT Manager

Ben has worked for 15 years in the training industry supporting all areas of IT. Including the creation of eLearning and advising our clients on remote training. Our clients take information security very seriously and Ben maintains our ISO and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations, as well as making sure clients, such as the MPS and NDA, information security needs are met across all areas of our business.

Jon Knight – Marketing Executive

Jon joined the Premier team in May 2021 and coordinates the company’s marketing strategy by implementing marketing campaigns, maintaining the company website and social media channels and creating collateral for both internal and external clients. Jon spent 25 years within the retail banking sector in learning support and delivery functions, and more recently led a marketing and communications department in an adult learning environment.
